The concept is simple: established, local venues, steeped in local tradition, are taken over and adjusted to modern times. The focus is on the essential: produce and flavour. Are white tablecloths really necessary for a good service? For us, craftsmanship is all that counts. This is something we truly want our customers and our employees to grasp and appreciate.
