As a catering subsidiary of the Lake Lucerne Navigation Company (SGV Holding AG), we have been responsible for the catering of the entire SGV ship fleet since 2006.
On land, we have been able to establish ourselves and we are responsible for a wide range of gastronomic offerings in various establishments. We are also the exclusive catering partner of the Lucerne Trade Fair, Regional Eiszentrum Luzern, the refectory of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts and the Viscosistadt event location. We run a successful catering business - Tavola Catering - and are the organisers of the Lozärner Oktoberfest.
Tavolago AG has developed into one of the largest gastronomy companies in Central Switzerland in recent years. As a young, dynamic company, we surprise with new and creative gastronomy concepts that are in no way similar, but always fit the philosophy - innovative, yet rooted in the origins and surroundings - and always live up to our motto «Härkonft met Härzbluet»: We only process Swiss meat. We have carefully selected our suppliers. Whenever possible, they are from Central Switzerland region and share our high standards of quality and sustainability. From time to time, we even create products with them especially for Tavolago. For example, there is Urbräu - the mild beer with a fresh, tangy taste - brewed for us in Central Switzerland. Or various wines that are blended exclusively for us. In addition, various coffee blends and our own shipyard honey are part of our range of own products.
