Guizhou

The province of Guizhou in Central China is heavily dependent on domestic and growing foreign tourism. In this context, the province wanted to create training models designed to optimise the employability of graduates in the hotel and tourism sector.SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern advised the university and developed training programmes to achieve this goal. In this context, 13 university lecturers were trained at SHL in Lucerne and introduced to the practical training concepts that were ultimately implemented at Guizhou University of Commerce. SHL supported the entire process, including a prior needs analysis conducted on site.
