Employer Branding compact - Practical Learnings (online)

13.10.2026 | 17:30 - 18:15 (CET)
Date:
Tuesday, 13 October 2026

The Impulse Talk “Hospitality – Successes and Pitfalls” has been postponed to February 2027. For everyone who has already reserved 13 October, a compact online format will be offered that evening.

In 45 minutes, Britta Matthesius will share what she has learned from supporting employer branding projects in the Swiss hotel industry:

  • Which challenges repeatedly arise during implementation
  • Why employer branding initiatives fail – and what makes them succeed
  • Which results can realistically be expected after one year
  • How the labour market is currently changing and what this means for hotels

A key focus will be on participants’ questions. During registration, everyone can submit a question or a specific situation from their own organisation. The session will be tailored accordingly.

Employer branding encompasses much more than HR marketing: it extends across the entire employee lifecycle and is reflected in the Employer Value Proposition (EVP). A strong EVP increases employee retention, reduces recruitment costs, and fosters a culture in which employees become active brand ambassadors.
