    • Basics of Artificial Intelligence: learn how AI works, the milestones that have shaped its development and basic concepts such as machine learning, neural networks and generative AI. 
    • Privacy and ethics: Understand the legal and ethical requirements when dealing with AI. Learn how to create policies for your organisation that meet current standards.

  • Class 2 - Prompting & assistants

    Deepen your skills in dealing with artificial intelligence and discover the art of prompting. Learn how to use precise instructions (‘prompts’) to get the best results from AI systems and adapt them to your specific requirements. You will also learn how to create AI assistants for your daily work.

    • Prompting basics: Learn how prompts work, from input to processing and generating the final answer. Discover techniques such as prompt chaining, self-reflection prompting and chain of thought to improve your results. 
    • Create super prompts: Learn to formulate detailed and specialised prompts tailored to specific roles, scenarios and objectives to produce tailored and high-quality results. 
    • AI assistant: Understand how to customise AI models to train them to the individual needs of the business and how to use AI for specific tasks such as employee training, feedback management or event planning.

    • Using AI-powered automation: Learn how AI automation tools such as Zapier, n8n or Power Automate can enhance your processes. You will also explore the value of external data for your AI workflows.

    Learn how to integrate artificial intelligence strategically into your business processes and scale it sustainably over the long term. Develop your own implementation strategy and lay the foundation for a lasting, effective use of AI.

    • Developing an implementation strategy: Learn how to identify suitable AI application areas, set priorities and develop a structured roadmap 
    • Technological infrastructure: Understand the hardware, software and network requirements to efficiently operate and scale AI systems. Learn what to consider when preparing and integrating data. 

    Once all classes have been completed, participants receive the SHL certificate «KI Superuser:in».

Jonas schäfer

Jonas is an innovative entrepreneur in the hospitality industry and the founder of AIdvisors, a company specialising in the implementation of artificial intelligence in the hotel and gastronomy sector. He completed his education at SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU). In recognition of his dedication, he was awarded the Next Gen Award by the Hotel & Gastro Union in 2023. He has now trained over 1,000 employees and managers from more than 90 hotels and restaurants. Through AIdvisors, he supports companies with the strategic implementation of artificial intelligence.
