IHCL Management Training – Swiss Hospitality Excellence

The IHCL Management Training project was launched in collaboration with the Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) to design and implement a tailor-made professional development programme for senior staff of the Taj Hotels. The aim is to convey key management best practices and to equip leaders for the challenges of an international hospitality environment.

The programme focuses on four key thematic areas: Food & Beverage Excellence, Innovation in Hospitality, Guest Experience & Marketing, and Leadership. The content is delivered in a practical, application-oriented manner and is based on Swiss quality standards in education. This results in an impactful training format that specifically supports the development of professional and leadership skills within the IHCL Group.
