About the seminar:
Time is a scarce commodity in everyday hotel management. Problems must be solved, deadlines must be met, employees must be supported, and the board must be satisfied. In addition to the multitude of tasks, distractions and unproductive periods also take up time.

In this seminar, you will learn a variety of techniques and tools to help you work more efficiently on a daily basis. You will find out how you can use simple tricks to help you work more productively, stay motivated, and increase your satisfaction.
