About the seminar:
How much power do you lose in different expectations and demands from the outside? Taking responsibility for leadership begins with ourselves. Developing our personal leadership and standing up for it gives us profile and clarity. Leadership requires courage, critical thinking, seriousness, and trust in oneself and others. If you want to lead effectively, you have to reach people's hearts.

Christina Weigl will immerse you in value-based leadership and leadership potential. Christa Augsburger will share insights from her practice and from working with her team. How does one approach such a change? What were her key learnings? How is the team working today?

Learning Content - Here's What You'll Learn:

  • You will learn why values are the central driver of motivation, purpose and direction.
  • You will discover why lived leadership creates enthusiasm, clarity and focus.
  • You will become clearer about how the inner compass of you and your people supports the shared vision, or why it does not.
  • Become aware that every change is a Hero Journey that you lead yourself and your team through.
  • You become more aware of the power of humanity, values and your own presence in times of change - the key.
