About the seminar:
Managers in the hospitality industry are often specialists in the execution and management of processes and tasks. However, pragmatism, improvisation and creativity are also sought-after leadership skills in other sectors. The dynamic changes in the labor market and the shortage of skilled workers mean increasingly strong leaders are needed and not only doers.

What does this mean for me as a leader?
Leadership starts with us, with our conscious and unconscious attitudes that influence the way we think and act as leaders in our daily lives. Mindsets and tools from coaching can help us to approach challenging tasks in a different way than we are used to. Immersion in the different ego states of Transactional Analysis, questioning and creativity techniques or team interventions to solve a problem together are integral components of this seminar.

The two-day seminar with alumnus Adrian von Känel is based on the MAS model, which is the foundation for the ongoing development of a manager. The introduction focuses on perception, constructivism, and systematic thinking. A major part of the two days is devoted to communication with numerous opportunities for self-reflection. In "Reflecting Team", participants have the opportunity to bring in and analyze their own concerns from daily management work.
