Impulse Talk: Employer branding in hospitality -Successes and Pitfalls

02.06.2026 | 17:30 - 21:00 (CET)
Date:
Tuesday, 2 June 2026

Following the inaugural Employer Branding Talk, which attracted considerable interest, the series continues with a deeper focus on practical application. While the first event explored the fundamentals and strategic approaches, this session will concentrate on sharing concrete developments, learnings, and real-world results.

One year on, THE OMNIA reports on how its employer branding has evolved since its launch:
  • What obstacles arose during implementation?
  • How did employees respond?
  • Which initiatives proved successful – and why?
  • What measurable results are evident?
  • What are the next steps?

Simultaneously, The Living Circle, which began its strategic employer branding some time ago as well, will provide insights into its experiences: challenges, key takeaways, and the main areas of focus for its team today.

This event is aimed at anyone interested in understanding how employer branding truly operates in day-to-day business after the initial kick-off – and how hotels can sustainably establish their employer brand.

Employer branding goes far beyond personnel marketing: it spans the entire employee lifecycle and is reflected in the Employer Value Proposition (EVP). A strong EVP strengthens employee engagement, reduces recruitment costs, and fosters a culture in which staff become active brand ambassadors.
