Dinner-Safari

15.10.2026 | 17:30 - 22:00 (CET)

Fancy a dinner safari? 🦓🍽️

Fasten your seatbelts, tie your napkins – the Wyniger Group is taking us on a culinary safari through Basel!

In just one evening, you’ll get to discover three venues of the Wyniger Group, enjoy a multi-course dinner and, along the way, gain fascinating insights behind the scenes of one of the city’s most influential hospitality companies.
For a bit of context: the Wyniger Group has stood for Basler hospitality for decades – creative concepts and venues with character, ranging from boutique hotels to lively neighbourhood restaurants. In short: plenty of heart, plenty of flavour and a whole lot of Basel.

Dinner Safari – SHL Edition 😉
By definition, a food safari means changing locations between courses.
As SHL alumni, however, we are not a hiking group but discerning gourmets with a talent for lingering comfortably. So we’ve gently updated the rules: between two courses, it’s perfectly acceptable to stay seated, savour the moment and top up your glass.

The starting point: history served with flavour

We kick things off at the Teufelhof – the birthplace of the Wyniger Group and a true Basel original. From there, we move on towards Spalenberg, right through the Old Town, where culinary delights, history and cobblestones come together.

What can you expect?
✨ Great food
🍷 Excellent drinks
🎓 Premium SHL vibes
🤝 New (or familiar) alumni connections
😌 And at least one guaranteed “Wow, I didn’t know that!”

Sounds like your kind of evening?
Then join us on safari – we’d love to have you and look forward to your registration!
