We will show you how to prioritise quality over quantity and focus on the right CVs.

  • Project phases & planning: Gain a clear overview and learn how to ensure robust planning and purpose-driven implementation.
  • Target groups & personas: Define profiles to address talent effectively and avoid scattergun communication.
  • Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Learn how to develop a compelling employer positioning tailored to your organisation.
  • Practical transfer & tools: Through case studies and your own real-life challenges, you will develop concrete measures in groups. You will receive ready-to-use templates for day-to-day practice.

The format: two sessions with space for reflection
Employer branding is a process. That’s why this course is designed as one coherent unit—combining theory and peer exchange. The time between the two dates serves as a valuable incubation phase: gather initial feedback from your business and bring your insights back to the group on Friday. The course thrives on dialogue between participants.
