• Responsibility for service during events and functions for up to 900 guests
• Responsibility and cross-departmental expertise for events 
• Responsibility for accurate billing
• Coordination and delivery of various training sessions
• Quality assurance and ensuring compliance with LQA standards 
• Management and training of the banquet team, as well as temporary staff in banquet service
• Developing appropriate manuals for banquet service in collaboration with the F&B department.
