As a Finance Trainee, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Ensuring that all daily and monthly hotel revenue is finalised and recorded in the accounting system
• Preparing and submitting the accurate daily revenue report to management
• Preparing daily cash reports and ensuring compliance with hotel policies
• Working closely with the other departments to ensure smooth and efficient cash handling
• Assisting with month-end closings and audits as required
• Updating and maintaining the hotel's food and beverage database system

As a Finance Trainee, we are looking for:

• Good communication skills - guests will approach you with complaints as well as positive feedback. Therefore, you are always open and approachable
• Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure - your position includes weekend and holiday shifts
• Very good knowledge of German and English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage
