Procurement Trainee (M/W/D)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Communicate with existing and potential suppliers
• Prepare RFQs, tenders and structured quotation comparisons
• Analyse spend, demand, prices, deliveries and supplier performance
• Create reports and clear management overviews
• Support negotiations, award decisions and contract follow-up
• Research markets and suppliers across diverse categories
• Contribute ideas for savings, sustainability and process improvement
• Work with Procurement, Finance and operational teams across the supported outlets

WHAT YOU BRING

• Studies or vocational training in Hospitality, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field
• Genuine curiosity about suppliers, commercial topics, data and digital tools
• Confidence with MS Office, especially Excel; enthusiasm for AI and Copilot
• A structured, reliable and hands-on way of working
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Initiative, fresh ideas and the courage to ask “Why?” and “How can we improve this?”
