State of food and hospitality report

SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern, renowned for its application-orientated hospitality education, and the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute (GDI), known in particular for its pioneering work in futurology, have joined forces to publish the «State of Food & Hospitality Report» for the first time.

The report analyses and highlights the current challenges and opportunities in the hospitality industry and promises to look for concrete solutions. Uniquely, SHL students and alumni were heavily involved in the creation of the report under the guidance of the GDI. This year's report deals with the question of whether the resource problem can be solved through individualisation.
