SHL Hotel Checker

The SHL Hotel Checker was originally created to give SHL students the opportunity to observe a hotel stay from the guests' point of view. In recent years, this change of perspective has become a popular quality management tool for various Swiss hotels.   • The SHL Hotelchecker is recognised by Hotelleriesuisse as proof of quality for the star reclassification.
  • The quality control comprises over 250 questions from seven different areas. 
  • The results are presented in detail and graphic form using various graphs. The clear presentation of the results makes it possible to simply derive optimisation measures
  • The Report will be issued in German or English as required (to the sample report)
  • The overall rating indicator provides information about the «Customer Experience» of the respective hotel. 
  • SHL issues an official quality certificate plus seal sticker for an overall rating of 80 % and above.
