Who produces food, who needs it? Soil to Soul brings them together.
Those who produce food often don't have the time to worry about selling it. Those who process food, on the other hand, are always happy to find new, exciting sources for regional products. This is true for both gastronomy and trade.
At the 2nd Lucerne Soil to Soul Producers' Arena, three innovative and exemplary players will be introduced in a short panel talk, showcasing what successful collaboration between the various groups should look like. Culinary, logistical, and cultural questions will be discussed.
Afterwards, there will be a relaxed speed-dating session between producers, chefs, farmers, and restaurateurs.
