Digital transformation is omnipresent in our every day life. However, a digital culture can only thrive if it is also lived.
Marcel Altherr, management consultant and lecturer at the HSLU Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, is convinced that at the core of digital transformation is not the implementation of digital technologies, but a new understanding of leadership and organisation.
