The SHL Food Market is back for its second edition! On Friday, 30 April 2027, SHL once again opens its campus for an evening that brings together culinary delights and knowledge in an engaging and accessible way. Whether you are from Lucerne or the surrounding area, or simply curious about the world of gastronomy, join us for an evening of delicious food, new discoveries and first-hand insights into what our students learn at SHL and are so passionate about sharing.
The evening kicks off with a flying aperitif in the Club, followed by a varied market experience at Restaurant Pepper, featuring a range of food stations. Our students and lecturers will offer fascinating insights into the products used, their origins and distinctive qualities, as well as how they are prepared and transformed into culinary creations. Taste, try, discover and enjoy!
